This help page has video ‘How To…’ and bullet point notes on using the SPV website as a Certified Seed Potato Grower Member, as an Advertiser in the Seed Buyer’s Guide or as a Sizing Template customer.

• As a grower/member or advertiser, you can update your public directory information and contact details. You can add images, social links, map location, change your logo, create deals/adverts and add secondary contacts to the account.

• If you have purchased advertising, sizing templates, or paid for grower fees & levies, you can view and download your account history.

• If you have an existing account, sign in with your registered email address.

• If you have forgotten your password or you know you have an account and are using the system for the first time, select ‘Request Password’ and enter your registered email address. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes please check your spam folder.

• The Primary Contact is the person who will receive invoices, renewal notices and transactional emails for your membership account and will be the person we call/email in relation to the management of your account, including any additional contacts. Note: the Primary Account Contact cannot Unsubscribe from transactional emails like renewals, invoicing or payment receipts but can Unsubscribe from newsletters or marketing.

• You can add Additional contacts (Secondary contacts) to your account who will not receive this information or have access to the admin of your account.

• Once you are logged in, most of the options have a Learn More (?) link that pops-up an information video.
